I decided that I am really liking, close to loving the new Solange album. Until now, I have never paid the younger Knowles sister any mind. One day while at a friend’s house the video for “I Decided” came on and I was like what the hell is this weird video about. My friend said that the song was acutally kind of cool. A few weeks later I heard the song again, and all of a sudden I liked it. I put it on my myspace page, made sure I had it on my iPod, and even watched the Tyra Banks show when Solange appeared as a guest to listen to her perform. It’s cute and I like singing it as loud as I can, of course when no one is around. I decided, (lol) that I should check out the rest of the album, Sol-Angel & the Hadley St. Dreams and it is really good! Its a different vibe. My favorites are: “T.O.N.Y.” (by the way what does that stand for?), “Sandcastle Disco”, “Dancing in the Dark”, and of course “I Decided”. These songs are on heavy rotation right now in the iPod. Good job Ms. Solange. You just earned yourself another fan!
